These terms govern all bookings made directly through the Villa Angelica sur la Sorgue website (angelicasurlasorgue.com) and any direct booking arrangements with the Host. By completing a booking you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms in full.
A complete Guest Rental Agreement will be provided prior to arrival. By checking in you confirm your acceptance of all terms contained within it.
Villa Angelica sur la Sorgue is a private holiday rental property located in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, Provence, France. The property accommodates a maximum of six guests across three double bedrooms.
The property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
▪ A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is due at the time of booking to secure your reservation ▪ The remaining balance is settled directly with the Host on arrival ▪ Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the deposit ▪ All rates are quoted per night for the entire property ▪ A taxe de séjour (tourist tax) will be added to your booking total in accordance with French law
▪ Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival — 50% of the deposit is refunded ▪ Cancellations made fewer than 60 days before arrival — no refund is applicable ▪ We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations ▪ The Host reserves the right to cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances. In such cases a full refund will be provided.
A pre-authorisation of €2,500 is held on your payment method one day before arrival. This is released within three days of departure provided the property is returned in good order and no damages or losses have been recorded. Any costs exceeding the deposit amount will be invoiced directly to the guest.
▪ The property accommodates a maximum of six registered guests ▪ No additional visitors, parties or gatherings are permitted ▪ Quiet hours are observed from 10:00pm ▪ One vehicle may park on the property — additional vehicles in designated street spaces nearby ▪ No electric vehicle charging on the property ▪ Smoking permitted outdoors only ▪ No pets permitted ▪ The electric gate must be closed at all times ▪ The pool and river are unfenced — use at your own risk ▪ Swimming in the river is strictly prohibited

â–ª The Host accepts no liability for accidents, injuries or losses sustained during your stay â–ª The Host accepts no liability for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings â–ª Guests are strongly advised to hold adequate travel and personal liability insurance â–ª The Host reserves the right to enter the property in the event of an emergency
The Host shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfil obligations resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, flooding, fire, extreme weather, pandemic, acts of government or power failures. In such circumstances the Host will make every reasonable effort to offer an alternative date or fair resolution.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts.
